I woke up this morning and decided that they were going to have to do aerobics without me. Colin and I both have colds. I got up went to the Club House to set up the DVD for the rest of the girls and left a note for them not to wait for me.
I found out later they all stood around waiting cause no one saw the note till they decided to carry on with out me.

It was a pretty exciting day mostly spent on the couch. Lots of hot drinks and I think I should own shares Kimberly Clark Paper Company for the amount of tissues I have gone through in the last few days.

Hopefully tomorrow will be better
