So today Colin decided that he was going to drive to Port Lavaca and check out new trucks. We went armed with a Internet printout showing exactly the features we wanted on the truck we would like to buy. .......Well it was like the guy couldn't hear us and was trying to sell us everything but what we actually wanted. We kept telling him we didn't need financing and he was determined to tell us all the details about financing. I finally got fed up and headed out to the truck to leave Colin to work it out. Needless to say we did not buy a truck at Port Lavaca Dodge. To be fair this was our first stop at an actual dealership.

We did however have a nice late lunch out, catfish, salad and fries, then did a little shopping and headed back home.

My girlfriend from Fergus called and we had a good old "Gas Bag" Session. We caught up on all each others news and after almost an hour finally said good-bye. We have been friends for 28 years so it takes us a while when we call each other.

I also dyed my hair tonight, a little darker than I normally do it but I like it.......we'll see what the general consensus is tomorrow morning when I walk the dogs around the park.
