We spent the morning meeting with the owner of the lot and the Real Estate Agent just confirming that everyone agreed on the boundaries of the property. When we parted company, Mark the Agent told us he would come by the trailer at about 8:30. It seemed like forever before he finally showed up at 9:15. I have never heard Colin do so much sighing and seen him check the clock so many times!

We got the lot for our original offer price of $125,000.00. It is 1 .4 acres with 183' of water frontage on Shanty Bay. It meets all of our list of requirements . We will close on the 16th of July and will try to immediately get a driveway put in.
