The search for a cottage is apparently much harder than we first anticipated. We did find the perfect lot with the exact cottage on a great waterfront today.........it’s not for sale.....some people are just greedy and want to keep everything to themselves. We found a lot with a huge dock already in but the lot was crappy and they wanted $99,000.00 for it.....not! There was one more possibility and although the cottage was fixed up really nice and there was a great work shop, excellent waterfrontage and a gorgeous lot it was still an old cottage ........for $300,000.00. If we are going to spend that kind of money I think we would be better off starting from scratch.

We did see some other things today that were noteworthy, The old French River Train Station, alot of turtles, some really pretty Lupins on the side of the road and a waterfall that was thundering over due to the high water levels.

We ended our day with dinner at the Beau Motel. Nothing special but at least I didn’t have to cook.
