A Work in Progress!

This year on our way down here we bought a really great BBQ for cooking steaks. It heats up very hot and sears the outside which results in a very juicy steak. The only problem is, is that it really sucks for cooking things like chicken or fish.

We went out and bought a cheap propane BBQ ($19.95) just to do chicken and stuff. At that price it won't be a major deal if we have to leave it here. Very good price but it had to be completely assembled. And yes I am the BBQ Assembler. So that was today's job along with laundry, vacuuming and some cleaning.

We tested it out with some chicken for dinner and it worked just great.
