FINALLY AN UPDATE
Neither one was willing to give up the best spot in the trailer so they decided to lay together.
A pretty wood pecker visitor to my water tap.
Bob enjoying his steak and veggies (Broccoli cleverly disguised with cheese sauce) ......he also had salad before he started!
This is the product of my first portrait drawing class. McKenna Ann Booker Age 1.
Logan Jaxx Werner 6 months old.
There just have not been alot of "Bog Worthy" thing happening lately so thus I have not made any entries.
Our Schedule is pretty much the same from week to week.....Sunday afternoon is Golf with our friends on the street, Monday we go to Mexico and have dinner with the same group, Wednesday night Colin plays Bridge and someplace during the week we go out to get groceries and what ever else we need.
I also managed to take a Portrait drawing class, which was very fun and hope to pursue a little further.
I did win a dinner for 6 at the Chinese Buffet Restaurant.......NOT!! I had filled out a ballot to win a Kitchen Aid mixer and they called to tell me I won the dinner for 6 instead. I thought nothing was odd until I talked to some other people on the street who had also won. When they got to the restaurant they had to sit through a 1 hour presentation about fire safety equipment. then they were given their whole meal and then they showed up at the park to sell them stuff and would not leave for 2 1/2 hours. Thank goodness I never got as far as to make the reservation for Colin and I and our friends. We did send a nasty email to the head office of the Restaurant to tell them what we thought of the whole deal. for anyone in Texas who reads this the Restaurant in question is Linn's Chinese Buffet.........Don't fill in the ballot as surely you will win!
Our friend Carole across the street had to go home to help out with her mom so we spent some time with Bob. Making him dinner one night and going out for dinner a few times. He is not big on eating Vegetables so we felt we had to help Carole out by looking after his dietary needs. Just so she knew that we were not making it up we have photographic evidence of him eating vegggies.
We have been watching the Olympics on and off and ........get ready for this...............Colin and I watched Hockey! After bragging on the street about how we were going to win the men's hockey against USA we kind of had to eat a little Humble Pie when in fact we lost. I have enjoyed watching the Figure Skating and Ice dance.....what talented young people we have in our country!
